Sue Liesegang has been an Education Specialist since 2003 and currently teaches in a public elementary school learning resource center. She earned a BS in Business Administration from Iowa State University, and an MA in Education from California State University. She is a nationally board-certified Exceptional Needs Specialist who holds a multiple subject credential and two special education credentials (mild/moderate and moderate/severe). Mrs. Liesegang also serves as a Senior Associate Trainer for the Crisis Prevention Institute, where she has gained extensive training in providing behavioral support for students on the autism spectrum. Prior to becoming an educator, Mrs. Liesegang served as an executive for a multi-national corporation where she had training and operations oversight for more than 300 retail sites located in five countries. She previously owned and operated a successful small business.
