Important Information About Mobile App Purchases
To help families, educators, and institutions choose the option that best fits their needs, Brighten Learning would like to share the following guidance:

Mobile apps purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are intended for single-student use only
These purchases cannot be converted into a Brighten Learning standard subscription
The mobile app does not include teacher tools, reporting, or classroom management features
Apps purchased through the mobile stores do not require a login, allowing students to get started right away
Mobile store purchases are provided as-is and include standard technical support only, without additional institutional or compliance-related services

Customers are encouraged to consider their needs carefully before purchasing, as different options are designed to support different learning environments.

Full Access for Direct Purchases, Schools, and Institutions
Single User Licenses, Schools, districts, and organizations are encouraged to purchase directly from Brighten Learning to enjoy the complete Social Express experience, which includes:

Access to both Desktop and Mobile applications

Multi-student and institution-wide use
Support for any regulatory or compliance needs that may be required
All features and services included within the institutional subscription
